AVOID THE DRESSINGS



Attempt to avoid things like mayonnaise, margarine, cheddar sprinkles and bacon on your potato and so forth. It's memorable's critical that it frequently isn't the pasta or the potato that makes you put on weight (except if you're simply eating an excessive lot of it). Rather, it's generally all that you heap on top that finishes your garments up! In other words that a prepared potato without help from anyone else is solid until you heap on all the bacon bits, cheddar, margarine, sharp cream, and so on. Likewise, when you eat out and arrange a serving of mixed greens, request the dressing to be placed as an afterthought. That way you have more command over your calorie consumption.
